The Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovations SPRIND has launched an initiative to reduce bureaucracy in Germany.
The problem: Two different target groups still needed to be engaged. Citizens, who were asked to report their bureaucratic problems, and “High-Potentials”, who were asked to submit proposed solutions to those very problems. To help the first german nationwide citizen hackathon achieve its goal of making Germany simpler, I helped develop a comprehensive social media campaign at Überground. This included branding the social media channels, informal posts, humorous Reels, and engaging memes that were tailored to the respective target audience during different phases of the campaign.
